Two years

Stu and I had our two year anniversary on the 18th of May. We went and had a yummy dinner at Out Back and then went to "grandpa's" house to ride a couple of horses. I had been telling Stu how excited I was for Montana to get on a horse and he surprised me a little early and set this up. Stu is great at surprises. Last year we did a super fun camping trip to Sedona for our anniversary. After we went and rode horses we went and had yogurt berry! It is my favorite dessert place. It is so refreshing! Thanks Stu for these past two years, they have been great!

Its a ... baby!

We have been so busy with so many changes. We are moving out of Dave and Nancy's house on Wednesday. We found a super cute home we are going to rent for the next year while Stu finishes up school. We also have a baby on the way! We are so excited! I'm due December 2nd. Stu and I were able to go get an ultrasound today. It was so cute seeing how much the baby was moving.







My mother in law also got married last weekend! We are so excited for her and Greg. I forgot my camera while I was up there. I was so bummed because Utah was gorgeous. They got sealed in the West Jordan temple. We love love Greg and his family is so great. His sisters and daughter in laws and Ledah's mom did so much work for everything and it was BEAUTIFUL! We are so grateful to have joined families. All of Greg's kids are so great! This is my mother in law and all of her lovely sisters. The only one that is missing is Nancy. Carrie did a great job standing in as her!

Grandpa Foust

I really love old pictures and some of my favorites are of Stu's grandpa Foust. He was such a handsome guy and still is. He is one of the kindest men I know and last year at the ranch we celebrated his 80th birthday party. I couldn't believe how many people showed up. I swear it was the whole town. He has done so much for so many people. I loved hearing all the stories his kids told about him. They had each of the grand kids say one thing they loved about him and that was really cute. It was fun watching him take the kids on rides on the four wheelers, and be so active in work and play. One of my favorite stories of Grandpa Foust is when he was asked when he turned 80 how old he felt, he said, " Besides my knees i feel 34." He was completely serious. He is such a kid at heart and we can't wait to go up to Montana to see him and Alba. We love our grandpa Foust!

Park City

This last weekend was so much fun. Stu and I had the chance to go to park city for a vacation with Stu's Dad Glenn, his wife Kim, her son Phil, Lindy, and Scott. We came up here last year for Glenn's birthday and went boarding and it was unanimous we all wanted to go again this year. We arrived early Friday morning and went boarding all day at the Canyons. Glenn and Kim ended up renting an amazing condo. Stu and I were able to have the basement all to ourselves. Then on Saturday we were able to go to the Real Salt Lake soccer game. I have always liked soccer and liked watching it however, I have to say I've never been to a professional game and I LOVED IT! All of us had a really great time. Fernuski works for the Real Salt Lake soccer team so he was able to get us 8th row seats! It was so fun because not only were we able to see the players faces but the crowd got really into it as well. We almost saw a fight break out, so that was exciting. It ended up being a tie but it was great. Later that night Scott suggested for us to eat at the Blue Iguana. I think all of that soccer put us in the mood for good Mexican food. It tasted so good! Then on Sunday we just hung out most of the day in Salt Lake. We went to a Museum and saw an IMAX documentary on the human body. The skiing group ended up going to Deer Valley. All in all it was a great trip and thanks to Glenn and Kim for the amazing food and wonderful time!

Annie Get Your Gun

Last weekend Stu and myself along with our friends Nolan and Missy decided to go hand gun shooting down at Sycamore Creek. I loved shooting the 22 because I felt like I was in an old John Wayne movie. It looks like those old western hand guns. I was mostly amused with Stu's almost perfect shot. It was the most accurate out of all of us and I enjoyed watching him shoot root beer bottles and hit them on his first try. Nolan is a Tempe Police Officer and his hand gun is a 40 cal. I was a littler nervous to shoot that gun because of how much kick they said it gave off. They were right. I hit WAY above the target . Once I got the hang of it I was able to compensate for the kick and shoot alright. It was a ton of fun and I have to say I might like it better than shot gun shooting.

"Horsin' Around"

Last Saturday Stu and I had the opportunity to help out with the annual LeSueur "Horsin' Around". It is a day put on by the LeSueur family that allows children that don't really have anything have a fun and worry free day. It is put on for the Save The Family organization. It was fun. There were horse rides, ropin' lessons, face painting, bounce houses, a petting zoo, a great breakfast, a tractor ride, and some awesome carnival games. Stu and I have been able to help out the last three years. It has been great and it really makes you grateful for everything you have. It is so great to be able to put a smile on all of these families faces. Thanks to all the LeSueur for all of the hard work they put into Horsin' Around this year!

I love Christmas. My mother in law, brother in law and sister in law all came down for Christmas. It was so much fun. We were able to just relax and hang out most of the time. Christmas Eve we has a sea food cook out. My awesome father in law Glenn sent us down fresh salmon and fresh crab. It was honestly the best crab Ive ever had. Stu did such a great job grilling the salmon. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Anyways then on Christmas morning we went to my parents to open up gifts and went to the the annual Christmas breakfast out in their Cul-de -sac. It was so yummy. They had breakfast burritos, french toast and buttermilk syrup, fruit, and blue berry pancakes. Thanks to all the great dads that helped prepare the breakfast! Then later that day we went over to Nate and Brooke's house to have another meal. It was so fun getting together with all the Lesueur family. They are so much fun and we love just hanging out with them. It was so fun seeing all the little kids and also being able to eat awesome food again. Shawna made some killer orange rolls and Doug made us such a great omelet. We missed being able to see everyone in the Lesueur family there. James and Ash are in Boston and Dave and Nancy in the Philippines. Stu really enjoyed talking with Dave and Nancy on Christmas Eve. While it has been great living in Dave and Nancy's house we are really excited to have them come home! Later on that night we went to my aunt Terri's house. We had a fabulous dinner and got to see them and my grandparents. I love being with family and wish we got to see to see the Galvin family more! After that we went to the movies with my little brother and sister and Stu's little sister to see Enchanted. It was such a funny movie. Over all it was a great Christmas and we loved spending it with family.
